Can a course subscription be extended? If yes, who and how can this be done?

Yes, a course subscription can be extended.
  1. Academy administrators can configure:
    1. The amount to be charged for course extensions
    2. The duration for a course extension 
    3. If the extension is limited to one time OR can be allowed multiple times.
       
This can be done by following these steps:
  1. Click on Courses.
  2. Go to Manage Courses/Course Creation
  3. Click on Edit for the course you want to extend the pricing (Manage Course workflow)
  4. Click on the Settings tab and go to Course Extension Pricing

Academy admins/course coordinators will also be able to extend course subscriptions for learners within instructor-led batches.
In the below screen, Start date will not be editable for In Campus, Blended or Web conference batches. The start date for Self Study Courses is editable.
