Can a support role edit existing user details on the platform?

Yes. Support can edit user details that are existing on the platform.

In order to edit the user details for an existing user, the support role can:

1. Click on the "Users" tab in the side navigation bar.

2. Select "Manage Users" from the drop-down.

3. Search for the username in the search bar given here.

4. Click on the user profile for which you intend the user details.

5. Once done, click on the "Tools" button on top-right corner of your screen.

6. Select "Edit user" from the drop-down here.

7. Make the necessary changes in the pop-up that comes up after clicking on "Edit User"

8. Save once done.
