Can a support role remove course to an exisiting user on the platform? How?

Yes. Support role can remove a course to an existing user on the platform.

In order to remove course to an existing user on the platform, you can:

1. Click on "Users" tab from the side-navigation bar.

2. Select "Manage Users" from the drop-down.

3. You can search for the user from the search bar.

4. Click on the user profile for which you intend to remove the course.

5. Once done, click on the drop-down indicated by three dots against the course which you intend to remove for the user.

6. Once done, here click on "Remove Course".

7. Click on "Remove Course" in the confirmation pop-up to remove the course for the user.
