Can a support role reset password for a particular user? How?

Yes. Support role can reset password for a particular user.

In order to reset password of a particular user, support can:

1. Click on "Users" tab on the side navigation bar.

2. Select "Manage Users" from the drop-down.

3. Once done, you can search for the user for whom you intend to reset the password.

4. Click on the user profile whose password is to be reset.

5. Here, click on the "Tools" button on the top-right corner of the screen.

6. Select "Reset Password" option from here.

7. Confirm in the pop-up by clicking on the "Reset" button to reset the password for the user.



Once this is done, the user's password will be reset as "password". The user can then login and change his password.
