Can I add custom fields as a part of certificates? How?
Yes. You can add custom fields created on the system as a part of the system.
In order to do this, you can:
1. Click on "Settings" in the side-navigation bar.
2. Select "Certificates" from here.
3. Once done, you can click on the drop-down indicated by three dots against an existing certificate.
4. Click on "Edit" here.
5. Once done, here, you will see the shortcodes for the custom fields that are created as well (Custom fields enabled here are Employee ID & Department)
These can be added in the certificate template & these details will be updated in the certificate as well when certificates are generated.
You can add the short-codes of the custom fields while creating certificates as well. You need to have custom fields created in order to add it in the certificate.
