It is possible to customize notifications on SeekLMS.

To do so:

1. Click on “Settings” from “Side Navigation Bar”.

2. Click on “Notifications” in the drop-down.

3. Click on the Edit option in the operation icons.

4. After clicking on the Edit option, you can make the following changes:

   1. Check this checkbox if you would like the support team to receive the notification. 

   2. You can change the subject - but not the text in [ ] as this is auto-populated by the system. 

   3. You can customize the text for the body - except the text in brackets.

   4. Click Save.
