Can I import batches in bulk? How?
Yes, you can import batches on the system in bulk.
This will help in saving time in case there are bulk creation batches required.
In order to import batches in bulk, you can:
- Click on Courses in the side-navigation bar.
- Select "Batches" from here
- Once done, click on the "Create" button on the top-right corner of your screen.
- Select the "Import batches from excel" option here.
- Once done, click on the template link to download the template to your system.
[NOTE - Update the template with the details. Ensure guidelines given in the "Valid data" sheet in the template are followed]
- Once done, add the template updated on the system.
- Click on "Upload"
The batches will get added and an email will be sent once the batches are created on the system.
