Can learners be moved between batches without losing learner progress?
In order to move a user from one batch to another, you can:
Go to “Users” and
Click on “Manage Users”.
On clicking "Manage Users", you will be able to see the list of users with a "View" button against them.
Click on the "View" button against the user ID which needs to be moved to another batch. You can search for the user name from the search bar as well.
After selecting the user profile, you will see the courses along with the batch to which the learner is currently assigned. Click on the dropdown indicated by three dots against the batch from which the learner needs to be moved as shown in the screenshot.
Once done, select “Move to another batch” in the drop-down.
Please note that in order to move a student from one batch to another without losing the existing learner progress, the course and the delivery mode of the batch that the student is being moved to should be the same as the existing batch.
