Does the CMS support integration with a chatbot?

Yes, CMS allows integration with chatbots. 

 TawkTo is one of the Chatbots that have been integrated with the system. TawkTo allows you to monitor and chat with visitors on the website. 

 To enable integration, you can:

1. Click on "Settings"

2. Click on "Website"

3. Once done, click on "Edit Website"

4. Click on the drop-down indicated by three horizontal lines on the top-left corner.

5. Click on the "Embed" icon

6. Enter the script here.

7. Save
