How can custom field "Dropdown" be added?

Drop-down can be used for fields if you want to enable the learners to multi-select options from the drop-down.

In order to add drop-down custom fields, you can:

1 Click on “Settings” in the side navigation bar.

2. Select “General” from the drop-down.

3. Here, click on the “User” tab as shown in the screenshot below.

4. Once done, click on the “Add Custom Field” option.

5. Enter the “Name” or title of the custom field.

6. Select “Dropdown” option from type.

7. Enter the “Dropdown items” here separated by comma(,)

Check the configurations that you wish to enable for the custom fields added. You can select more than one option here.

8. Multiple Select - Check this option to enable the multi-select options for the user.

9. Mandatory - This option is to be checked to make this configuration mandatory.

10. Visible on Reports - Enable the visibility of this field in reports by checking this option.

11. Self editable - If you want to enable the learner to edit this field later, check this option.

12. Include in sign up form - To include this field in the sign-up form check this box.

13. Save once done.
