How can I access the Online class recordings report?
Online Class Recordings report will give information about the class recordings for the web-conference sessions conducted on the platform along with details of whether the videos were recorded or not.
In order to access the Online Class Recordings report, you can:
- Click on the "Reports" tab from the side navigation bar.
- Once done, click on the "Online Class Recordings" as shown in the screenshot below.
Here, you will be able to access the data regarding the online class recordings.
- Filter for the duration from here - The various durations that you can filter from here are "Last Week", "Last Month", "Last Year" & "Date Range"
- Filter for instructor from here.
- Filter for courses from here.
- Search on "Batch Name" from here.
- Check the box in case you don't want to see the canceled classes.
