How can I add a course to the affiliate?

In order to add courses to affiliates, one can follow any of the following steps:

Step 1 -

  1. Click on “Users” and

  2. Select “Affiliates”

  3. Tap on the "Assign Course"



A new popup screen will appear, in that

  1. Select the Course you want to assign to the Affiliate

  2. Select the Delivery Mode

  3. Select the Affiliates you wish to assign the course to

  4. Add the course



The Course will be added.

Step 2 -

1. From the Users - Affiliates Section, Click on the three dots next to the affiliate name and tap on "Courses"



2. Click on the “Tools” button and select “Add Course” as shown in the screenshot below



Add the following details:

  1. Select the courses you want to assign to the affiliate.

  2. Select the delivery mode for the course and whether you want to display the course in the course catalog. You can also cap the number of enrollments for the course. 

  3. Click Add.

The selected courses will be added to the Affiliate.
