How can I assign users to courses?

For assigning courses to a particular user, you can:

  • Click on “Users” from the side navigation bar and select “Manage Users”.

  • Clicking on "Manage Users" will give a list of users with "View" button against them.

  • Click on the "View" button against the learner profile for which the course needs to be added.

  • Once done, you can:

  1. Click on “Tools” located on the top-right hand side corner of the screen

  2. Select “Add Course” here from the drop-down after clicking on "Tools".

  • Click “Add Course” in the pop-up that appears.

  1. Select the Category.

  2. Select the course.

  3. Choose the batch 

  4. Check this box if the transaction details have to be reflected.

  5. Save.






















Users can also be assigned from the “Courses” tab. To assign courses to users from “Courses” tab, you can:


Go to “Courses” and Click on “Manage Courses” 

















Once done, you can:

  1. Click on the drop down menu indicated by three dots against the  course for which user needs to assigned.

  2. Select “Learners” in the drop-down.




















User can now be added by clicking on the “Add Learner” option on the top of your screen.


Here, you have the option to:

  1. Invite new people: An auto generated email will be sent to the user and they can register for the course. 

  2. Assign to existing people: Choose from existing users on the platform. The course will be assigned to the user and they will not have to follow the enrollment process to register for the course. 

  3. Import from Excel (you can download our sample template): This allows you to assign multiple users to a course in a single attempt. 

  4. Import from a batch: This feature can be used to move students from one batch to another. 

  5. Import from Learner Group.
