How can I create a Learning Path?
The creation of the coursepack includes 5 steps. They are:
Overview
Courses
Topics Covered
Settings
Summary
In order to create a coursepack, you can:
1 Click on “Courses” on the side navigation bar.
2. Select “Manage Courses”
3. Once done, click on the “Create” button on the top-right corner of your screen.
4. Select “Pack Course’’ from here.
5. Once done, you can enter the “Course Name” for your pack here.
6. Select the “Category” from here.
7. Enter an alpha-numeric course code.
8. Once done, enter the description for the course here.
9. Enter the duration here.
10. You can add a course image from here.
11. Add a video from here.
12. Click on Save.
Once done, you will be taken to the “Courses” page, where you can add courses to your pack.
13. Click on “Add Course” to add the courses to your pack course
14. Once the courses are added, you can re-order them by clicking on the “Reorder” button.
15. Once done, you can click on the “Topics Covered” tab to see the topics mentioned under the packcourse.
16. Once done, click on the “Settings” tab in order to configure the settings for the course.
17. Configure the learning path settings from here - Learning path will ensure that the learners go through the courses in the order maintained on the “Courses” page.
18. You can limit the number of courses that the learner can activate from here.
19. Configure the “Course Rating” setting from here.
20. Add “Survey’’ from here.
21. Choose when you want the learners’ access to the course to end from here.
22. Choose whether you want to display the course in the course catalog or not
23. Enable or disable the “Discussion Forum”
24. Choose the grading scheme from here.
25. Choose the pricing for the course.
26. Save once done.
Once done, you will be taken to the “Summary” page.
27. You can add the learners by clicking on the “Add Learner” button.
