In order to create a learner group you can:
1. Click on "Users" from the side navigation bar.
2. Select "Learner Groups" from the drop-down.
3. Once done, click on "Add Learner Group" as shown in the screenshot below.
4. Once this is done, you can enter the name of the group.
5. Enter the description (this is optional)
6. Click here to create another "Learner Group" (this is optional, you can use this option if there are multiple groups to be created).
7. Click "Add".
Once this is done, your learner group is created. You can now add courses and assign learners to the created learner group.
In order to add course(s) once a learner group is created, you can:
3. Select the course(s) that need to be added to this learner group from the drop-down
4. Click on "Add"
Once the selected courses are added, you will get an option to auto assign learners to "self-study (open)" courses by checking the box against the courses and save as shown in the screenshot below.
This will add courses to the learner group.
