How can I create a survey mapped to points?

To create surveys mapped to points, you can:

  • Click on “Surveys” from the side navigation bar as shown below:

  • Click on “Create Survey”

  • Once done, you can then fill in the:

  1. “Title” of the survey

  2. “Description” of the survey can be filled in here. (This is optional)

  3. Choose whether you would like participants to leave comments at the end or not.

  4. Map question options: Choose the option “Map to points” 

  5. Click "Next"

  • There is an option to "Edit" the title, description, and other details if needed.

  • Click on "Add question"

On clicking "Add Question" after choosing "Map to Points" the screen will appear like below:

  1. Click question type as "Multiple Choice Answer"

  2. Add Question

  3. Enter Options 

  4. Enter “Score”

  5. Add more options if required.

  6.  Save
