In order to create a question with mathematical equations, you can:

1. Click on "Courses" in the side-navigation bar.

2. Select "Content Repository" from here.

3. Once done, click on the "Questions" tab.

4. Here, you can click on the "Create Question" tab.

5. Select the "Question type" from here.

6. Once done, select the course from here.

7. Once done, click on the "fx" button in order to insert mathematical equations & formulae.

8. Click here to view the various options in adding symbols.

9. Click here to insert roots & fractions

10. Click here to insert limits & integrals from here.  

11. Click here to insert the big operators

12. Click here to insert matrices.

13. Click here to insert decorators

14. Click here to insert Arrows

15. Enter the equation here.

16. Once done, you will see the changes in the "Result" field.

17. Insert once the desired equation is created.
