“Delete user(s)” operation can be implemented only for disabled guests & learners.
1. Click on “Users” in the side-navigation bar.
2. Select “Manage Users”
In order to execute this operation ensure that the filters:
3. “Users : All” is changed to “Guests”, “Learners” or both.
4. “Status : All” is to “Disabled”
Once the filters are changed, you can:
5. Click the checkbox indicated here to select all the enabled users.
6. Click on the checkbox indicated against the users to select the particular users.
7. Once done, you can click on the “Bulk Operations” button.
8. Here, you can select the “Delete User(s)” option to disable all the users selected.
9. Confirm by clicking on “OK” in the pop-up to implement the changes made.
