How can I download the report of NPS and is this assigned to all the batches?
To download the NPS report, you can:
- Select the Reports tab from the side navigation panel
- Click on the Course Rating option from the Course section
- You will see a list of courses with all the Rating Types (Star/NPS)
- Select the course with the NPS rating
- You will see a download option in the top right of the page
- The downloaded report will have the same details that are visible on the page
