How can I extend dates for course access to a particular learner in a batch?

In order to extend course end date for a particular student, you can:


1. Click on "Courses" in the side-navigation bar.

2. Select "Batches".

3. Once done, click on the batch for which you want to extend the course end date for a particular learner.

4. On the batch details page, click on the "Settings" tab on the top right corner of your screen.

5. Select "Learners" from the drop-down.

6. In the pop-up, select the "edit date" icon against the learner for whom you intend to edit dates as shown in the screenshot below.

7. Click here to update the "Start Date".

8. Click here to update the "Expiry Date".

9. Click on "Update" once the necessary changes are made.


The dates will get updated for the learner once this is done.
