In order to import users to batch from excel, you can:
1. Click on “Courses” in the side-navigation bar.
2. Select “Batches”.
3. Once done, select the batch in which you intend to import users from a batch.
4. Here, click on “Add Learners” button as shown in the screenshot below.
5. Select “Import from Excel” button from the drop-down.
6. Select whether you want to import “Learners” or “Staff”
7. Once done, click on the link to download the sample template and update data following the instructions shared in the template.
8. Here, choose whether you want to add the learners in the batch or not.
9. Once done, you can upload the edited template here and
10. Click on “Upload” once done.
