In order to invite new people to a course, you can:
1. Click on "Courses" on the side navigation bar.
2. Select "Manage Courses"
3. Once done, click on the drop-down indicated by three dots against the course for which users are to be invited.
4. Select "Learners"
Here, you will find an option to add learners.
NOTE - Ensure that a batch is created and selected here before sending invites to learners in case the delivery mode chosen is "Self-Study(Restricted)", "Web-Conference" or "In-Campus". Creation of batch is not needed for "Self-Study (Open)"
5. Click on the "Add Learner" button.
6. Select "Invite new people" from the drop-down.
7. In the pop-up, enter the email IDs that you wish to invite to register for a course separated by commas only.
8. Choose if you want to invite these users to the main academy or affiliate from here.
9. Choose the batch in case the course has delivery modes other than self-study(open) or the course has multiple delivery modes.
10. Click on "Invite new people"
NOTE - Please ensure that the email ID's are separated by commas & no other special characters.
Once done, an email will be sent to the users whose email ID's were added.
It will have a link from which the learners will be able to register from the course
