How can I reset the password for a user who has forgotten their password?

Users can reset their own passwords by clicking on the ‘Forgot Password’ link present on the login page. Alternately, an admin can also do this by following the below steps:

In order to reset the password of an existing user you can:

  • Click “Users” from the navigation bar and select “Manage Users"


  • Clicking "Manage Users" will show a list of users with a "View" button next to it.


  • Click on the "View option" against the user profile for which the password has to be reset.

Once done, 

  1. Click on “Tools” located on the top-right hand side corner of your screen 

  2. Select “Reset Password” in the pop-up.


Confirm “Reset” in the pop-up that appears and the password will get reset to ‘password’.
