How can users be imported to learner group using excel?

In order to import learners from excel to a learner group, you can:

1. Click on "Users" from the side navigation bar.

2. Select "Learner Group".

3. Click on the drop-down indicated by three dots against the course for which the learners need to be imported.

4. Select "Courses" 

5. Once done, click on "Tools" on the top right corner of your screen.

6. Select "Import learners from excel" as shown in the screenshot below.

Workflow going forward is similar to importing learners from excel to batch as mentioned in previous articles.

7. Download the sample template and update user data according to format in the template.

8. Update country.

9. Select timezone.

10. Choose main academy or affiliate where learners are to be added from here.

11. Browse and upload the updated template.

12. Click on "Import".
