Yes. You can import users in bulk on the platform.
These users can either be staff or learners and these learners don’t have to be specifically assigned to a course or a batch.
In order to import users in bulk on the platform, you can:
1. Click on “Users” in the side-navigation bar.
2. Select “Add User” from the drop-down.
3. Once done, click on the “Import from Excel” button as shown in the screenshot below.
4. Select whether you want to import “Learners” or “Staff”
5. Once done, click on the link to download the sample template and update data following the instructions shared in the template.
6. Here, choose whether you want to add the learners in the batch or not.
7. Once done, you can upload the edited template here and
8. Click on “Upload” once done.
