How can we track the invitations sent to the users and their status on a batch level?

You can track invitations sent to users and their status on batch level as well. The statuses that you find here are same as the ones you find on the course level.

The various status that you have here are:

Not Registered - This means that the user has not registered on the platform or enrolled for course(Not accessed the link yet).

Registered not enrolled - This means that the user has registered on the platform but has not completed enrollment.

Enrolled - The user has completed registration & enrollment of course.

In order to track the invitations on batch level, you can:

1. Click on "Courses" in the side navigation bar.

2. Select "Batches".



3. Click on the batch for which the invitation status is to be tracked.

4. Once done, click on the "Settings" button on the top right corner of your screen.

5. Select "invitations"

6. You can filter for the status of invites for the batch from here.

7. Filter on duration for invite sent.

8. Search for batch number or user from here.

9. Click here to send reminder in bulk.

10. Click here to filter for the data to be shown.

11. Click here to download the report.
