How do I create a new user on the platform?

You can add a new user in two ways.

  • By Clicking on 

  1. “Users” 

  2. Once done, click on “Manage Users”

  1. Then click on “Add User” in the pop-up that emerges OR


  •  “Add User” under the “Users” option.

  • Three user types can be added. They are:

    • Learner

    • Staff

    • Administrator

  • In order to add a user, you can:

  1. Click on “Add User” using the alternatives mentioned above.

  1. Select the “User Type”. I.e. whether the user is to be created as:

    1. Learner

    2. Staff

    3. Administrator

Select the “User Type” and create the user
