How to create a batch?

NOTE - You can create Batches only for instructor-led delivery modes (Web-conference / In-Campus) or Blended delivery mode.

To create a batch, you can:

  1. Click on “Courses” in the navigation bar

  2. Select “Manage Courses”

  3. Click on the drop-down indicated by three dots against the course for which the batch is to be created.

  4. Select “Learners”.

Once done, Click on “Create Batch” to create a new batch for your course.


OR
You can create batches from the "Batches" tab in the LMS for instructor-led delivery modes or blended delivery mode. In order to do that, you can:

1. Click on the "Courses" tab in the side-navigation bar.
2. Select "Batches" from the drop-down.
3. Once done, click on the "Create Batch" option on the top-right corner of your screen.
4. Select "Create Batch" option from the drop-down.
5. In the pop-up, search for the Course for which you need to create a batch and click "Next".
6. Enter the batch details shown in screenshot below & Save to complete creation of the batch.
