How to edit an existing observation?
In order to edit observations, the admin can:
1. Click on "Courses" in the side-navigation bar.
2. Select "Content Repository" from here.
3. Select the "Assessment" tab from here.
4. Once done, click on the "Observations" tab as shown in the screenshot below.
5. Here, click on the drop-down indicated by three dots against the observation which needs to be edited.
6. Once done, select "Edit" from here.
7. Here you can edit the title.
8. Edit the description from here.
9. Edit the marks from here.
10. You can edit the pass score from here.
11. Change the setting for "Show Score to Learner" setting.
12. You can add the "Rubrics" from here if needed.
13. Save once the changes are made.
