To enable IP Restriction the Admin has to follow the below steps.

Step 1. 

*Navigate to settings 

*Tap on General.

Step 2.

*Tap on User 

*Scroll down and check for the security settings 

Step 3.

*Enable the IP restriction and add the IPs you want to allow access.

*Once all desired IPs are added, save the IP restriction.

*If you wish to exclude a few users from the restriction, you can add them to the exclude list.

Now a user outside the saved IP address won't be able to access the LMS.
