How to Integrate Cloudlab Nuvepro ?

Cloudlab can be integrated with the LMS.

The below user roles can access Cloudlab:

  • Admin -

    • Can Add, View, Delete, Edit (Cloudlab Provider, Cloudlab, Assigned Labs tabs)

    • Perform Lab Actions in the 'User' tab (Start Lab, Stop Lab, Delete Lab, Sync Lab)

    • Access Lab

    • Delete and Enable User Subscription

  • Support

    • Can View - (Cloudlab Provider, Cloudlab, Assigned Labs tabs)

    • Perform Lab Actions in the 'User' tab (Start Lab, Stop Lab, Delete Lab, Sync Lab)

    • Access Lab

    • Delete and Enable User Subscription

  • Learner (Access Lab)

  • Instructor (Access Lab)

  • Co-ordinator (Access Lab)

  • Affiliate Manager (Access Lab)


1) Select 'Cloudlab Provider' tab and Click on 'Add Cloudlab Provider' button.
The highlighted details as shown in the screenshot need to be entered which will be provided by Nuvepro.
'Portal URL' provided by Nuvepro will be the 'Base Url' on our platform, and 'Login ID & Password' will be 'Admin Username & Admin Password'.



2) Next, click on Add Cloudlab, select Provider account and add the below highlighted details which will be provided by Nuvepro.
    Please note, Plan Name & Plan ID will be provided by Nuvepro which will be the Lab Name & Lab ID on our platform. 



    If any entered credentials are invalid or incorrect, then an Error will be displayed above the Close & Save button.

3) Select "Assign Labs" tab, and click on "Assign lab to a batch" where you can Map a Lab to a Course and then to a particular Batch.

4) Select the "User" tab, and all the names of the users who have accessed the lab will be displayed.
     Various actions like Start lab, Stop lab, Delete lab & Sync status will be enabled when a particular user or users are selected.
  1. Start Lab - Start lab will start the lab on the Cloudlab server.
  2. Stop Lab - Stop lab will stop the lab on the Cloudlab server.
  3. Delete Lab - Delete lab will delete the lab from the Cloudlab server of that particular user/users and the same user/users will be displayed in the Deleted Subscription tab.
  4. Sync Status - Any changes done(Start, stop, delete lab) on the Cloudlab server will be Synced on our platform
5) Select the "Deleted Subscription" tab, all the names of the users whose subscriptions have been deleted will be displayed, and by clicking on "Enable Subscription" the subscription will be Re-activated for that particular user.
