How can students be communicated through the platform? How to send emails to all the learners on the LMS?

Students, Instructors, Support staff and Admins  can communicate on the platform using Messages.

When you login to the platform, click on the message symbol as shown in the screenshot below. This is where you can send messages to students.

Click on Compose

Here, you can:

  1. Select the batch you wish to send your message to 

  2. Select the recipients within the batch. 

  3. Type out your subject line and message. 

  4. Click on the checkbox "Forward to registered email" to forward the registered email.

  5. Click on send.


When a message is received, the learner will see the notification on the messages icon on the top of their dashboard screen. 

How to Compose an email to all the active Learners on the platform. 


Step 1.


1. Go to dashboard

2. Select the Message icon




Step 2.

  1. Click on “+ Compose”



Step 3.


1. Click on all active batches



Step 4.

  1. Select All Active Learners 

  2. Type the Message and Click on Send.
