Who can contact learners via the platform?
Learners on the Academy can be contacted by the Instructor, Support team members and Academy Administrator. Instructors will only be able to message. learners who are in batches assigned to them.
Support team members and Administrators will be able to message learners across the Academy, irrespective of the batch or course to which the learner belongs.
