The "Points" allotment in gamification is classified into 2 types, they are:

• Activity Points - Awarded when a certain enabled activity is done by the user/learner.
• Learning Points - Awarded when a certain progress is made by learner/user with respect to learning.

Activity Points - The various activity points that can be enabled on the system for gamification are:

• Daily access - Awarded when the user/learner accesses the system daily.
• Discussion or topic comment - Awarded when the user posts a comment in a discussion
• Upvote received on a discussion comment - Awarded when a discussion comment posted gets an upvote
• Survey submission - Awarded when a survey is submitted by user/learner
• Course rating - Awarded when the course rating is submitted by user/learner.
• Enroll to a course - Awarded when a user/learner enrols to a new course.

You can choose to enable or disable the activity points you need or don't need.

You can also edit the points to activities. Please note max limit for the points is 5000.

Learning Points - The various learning points that can be enabled on the system for gamification are:

• Module completion - awarded when user/learner completes a module.
• Course completion - awarded when user/learner completes a course
• Certificate Received - awarded when user/learner receives the certificate.
• Assessment completion - awarded when the user/learner completes an assessment.
• Perfect score in assessment - awarded when the user/learner completes an assessment and gets a perfect score.
• Attend an instructor-led class - awarded when the user/learner attends a class
