What information can I get from an ILT report?

ILT or Instructor-Led Training report will give you details of classes conducted along with details such as status of the class, attendance status & if teacher notes were added or not. 

This report is downloadable.

1. Attendance:

This will show you if the instructor and the learners were Present or Absent.

Note: If the ILT report shows only the "Join time" for the learner and not the "Exit time" as shown in the screenshot below, this implies that the learner has clicked on the "Join Class" option but has not joined/entered the video-conference. The learner may have used an external link to Join the Class.

2. Reconnection

The "Reconnection" column will show you how many times the learner or instructor has disconnected and rejoined the class.

Note: "Reconnection" for the instructor may not necessarily mean that the instructor has disconnected and rejoined the class, if any support staff or admin joins the session, it will reflect as a reconnection.

3. Video and Audio Rating

This Tab will display the quality of audio and video experienced by the participants.

4. Miscellaneous

The ILT report will display all other information such as the class "Schedule", "Instructor Name", "Recording Available", "Instructor Video" was on or off during the class, "Teacher Notes" and "Topics Covered".
