• Once a learner has successfully completed a course, the certificate will be issued (auto-generated for self-study courses) by the instructor for instructor-led courses.

• They will receive an email notifying them that their certificate is ready to download. They can click on the link in the email, log into the platform and download their certificate.

A student can also access their certificate from “My Courses”.

• Once the student logs in, he can click on “My Courses”.
  

• If the certificate has been assigned to them by Admin or Coordinator, the ‘Download Certificate’ button will reflect next to the course they completed successfully as shown in the screenshot below.

• The certificate can be downloaded by clicking this button.
