Who are active users and how is overage calculated ?
Active users are the learners/staffs who logs in into the platform
To check the monthly overage calculations, you can:
- Select on the Activity tab next to the Sales tab in the Dashboard
- Filter the duration of the report as required from the Date Range option given (Example given below)
