How can I add an affiliate?

  • In order to add affiliates:

  1. Click on “Users” and

  2. Select “Affiliates”

  • Click on “Add Affiliate”

  • You can fill in the details and click on save to create an affiliate.

The details to be filled in are :

  1. Affiliate Name.

  2. A preferred affiliate URL.

  3. The description of the affiliate can be entered in the description tab.

  4. Affiliate address.

  5. Country can be selected from the drop-down.

  6. The state can be selected from the drop-down.

  7. Similarly, choose a city from the drop-down.

  8. Support email id for the affiliate.

  9. Affiliate settings such as:

    • Import calendar items from the main Academy (in this example, SeekLMS).

    • Display Course Catalog.

    • Disallow members of this affiliate to log in from the main domain URL.

    • Allow enrollments with Email (Username) having specific domains.

  10. Allow an Affiliate manager to add/disable affiliate users.

  11. Add an Affiliate Logo.

  12. Click Save.

Clicking Save will create the Affiliate.
