How can I cancel/delete class for a batch?
In order to cancel/delete a class for a batch, you can:
Click on "Courses” from the navigation bar on the left side of your screen and
- Select "Batches"
Click on the batch for which a class has to be canceled or deleted.
Click on the “Settings” button and select the “Cancel Class” option seen on your screen.
Once done, a pop-up will come up on your screen in which you can:
Select the schedule which you want to cancel.
Update reason for cancellation if the class is being canceled OR,
Select “Delete and remove class” if the class is to be deleted.
- Save once done.
