How can Surveys be created?

How can Surveys be created?

To create Surveys:

  • Click on “Surveys” from the navigation bar as shown in the screenshot below:


  • Going further, click on “Create Survey”

  • Once done, you can then fill in the:

  1. “Title” of the survey

  2. “Description” of the survey can be filled in here. (This is optional)

  3. Choose whether you would like participants to leave comments at the end or not.

  4. Choose mapping options for the survey 

  5. Click “Next”

  • Once done, you can:

  1. Click on “Edit” to change any of the above settings.

  2. Click on Add Question to start creating the survey

  • You can choose the type of question you wish to include. You can add Multiple Choice Questions or Short Answer Questions. 

  • In the case of “Multiple Choice Question”:

  1. Type the Question.

  2.  Type answer options.

  3. Click Add Option to add more answer choices.

  4. Click Save.

  • In the case of “Short Answer”:

  1. Type the question.

  2. Click “Save”.

  • Once Survey questions have been added, you can:

    • Reorder them in the desired order

    • Edit questions

    • Delete questions.
