How to remove or delete the Zoom/Google Meet /MS Teams accounts from the LMS?

Please Note that classes assigned to the web-conference account have to be removed before deleting the account.

If there are classes linked to an web-conference account, it cannot be deleted from the platform unless the linked classes are deleted.

To Remove the account, follow the steps below 


* Navigate to Settings 

* Tap on instructor-led-Training 

* Click on the Disable icon

* Once the account is disabled you can delete the account.
