What are the various interactions under the course interaction report?
The various interactions recorded under the course interaction report are:
- Course question report
- SCORM package report
- Interactive video report
Course question report - This report gives data related to all the questions that are added on the system along with the date, status & response added by the user.
After clicking in on Course Interactions, you will be redirected to the Course question report page itself. Here, you can;
1. You can filter for courses for which you intend to view the interactions from here.
2. Filter for the "Question Type" from here.
3. You can search on "Student Name", "Question" or "Batch" from here.
Once done, you will see the data based on the filters chosen. The data will provide the date when the response was added, student name, batch & question type.
4. Status will show whether the question was answered correctly or not (any question other than Survey question).
5. You can view the details of a particular response by clicking here.
This report is not downloadable.
SCORM report - In order to access the SCORM report, you can:
- Click on the "SCORM" button as shown in the screenshot below.
- Once done, filter for the courses from here in case needed.
- Search for a particular SCORM title from here.
- Once done, click on the SCORM for which you intend to see the data.
- Search for students from here.
- Once done, you can view the responses from here.
- Reset SCORM responses from here.
- You can download the SCORM responses report from here.
Interactive Video report - In order to view the interactive video report, you can:
- Click on the "Interactive Video" tab as shown in the screenshot below.
- Once done, filter for "Courses" from here.
- Filter for particular interactive videos from here.
