What can learner do in case he/she forgets password?
If a user forgets his/her password, the user can:
Click on the "Forgot Password ?" link as shown in the screenshot below:
Enter the username in the pop-up that appears and click on the "Reset Password" button as shown in the screenshot below.
Once done, the user will receive the password reset link to their mail ID and they can reset their password by clicking on the link.
Once the link is clicked, you can reset the password as shown in the screenshot below.
- Enter new password
- Confirm new password
- Click on Reset
