Yes. An admin role can reset password for a particular user.
In order to reset the password, admin can:
1. Click on "Users" on the side-navigation bar.
2. Select the "Manage Users" from the drop-down.
3. Once done, click on the user profile for which password is to be reset.
4. Here, click on the "Tools" option on the top-right corner of your screen.
5. Click on "Reset Password" option on your screen.
6. Click on "Reset Password" in the confirmation pop-up and the password will be reset.
