Can a support role add course to an existing user on the platform? How?

Yes. Support role can add a course to an existing user on the platform.

In order to add a course for a particular user on the platform, the support can:

1. Click on the "Users" tab in the side navigation bar.

2. Select "Manage users" from the drop-down as shown in the screenshot below.

3. Once done, here you have the option of searching for a particular user for whom you want to add the course from here.

4. Click on the user profile as shown in the screenshot below.


5. Once done, click on the "Tools" button on the top-right corner of your screen.

6. Here, you can click on the "Add Course" option from the "drop-down".

7. Once done, select the "Delivery mode" from here.

8. Select the "Course" that you want to assign from here.

9. Select the batch from here.

10. You can add transaction details from here.

11. Save once done and the course will get added to the user.
