How can I disable a user?
In order to disable a user, you can:
Go to “Users” and select “Manage Users”
Select the learner profile to be disabled.
Once done, you can
Click on “Tools” located on the top-right hand side corner of the screen.
Select “Disable”
Click ‘OK’ to confirm disabling of user account.
