How can I disable a user?

In order to disable a user, you can:

  • Go to “Users” and select “Manage Users” 

  • On clicking "Manage Users" you will see the list of all users on the platform with a "View" button against each of them.

  • Click on the "View" button against the learner profile to be disabled.

  • Once done, you can

  1. Click on “Tools” located on the top-right-hand side corner of the screen

  2. Select “Disable”

  • Click ‘OK’ to confirm disabling of the user account.
